Dinette brings more than 20 years of experience in the regulated industry (Medical Device, Pharma & Food/Nutrition), working for great companies like Johnson & Johnson, Royal DSM and Becton Dickinson (BDX).

Dinette has a passion for healthcare and improving accessibility of healthcare. Her competences are professional, networker, result oriented and coaching & servant leadership style.

Dinette managed international and diverse teams (EMEA & USA) in global large organizations and is used to international collaboration in a matrix organization.

Many diverse programs and projects gave her the opportunity to build hands-on experience and strategic capabilities, as business leader, people manager & change manager.

Dinette acquired international experience in various areas like organizational development, market access, M&A and continuous improvement and functional areas like integrated supply chain management, risk & quality management, compliance, new product development, manufacturing and sterilization.
